Current Status
On behalf of the Client, Unisearch is leading and coordinating the work of the design team along with various specialist consultants to gain the approval for a full Planning Application.
Sustainability/Energy
Unisearch has provided a full feasibility study, to the Client team, to evaluate the project’s energy consumption over its life cycle and proposed to use central/district heating system along with the management structure to control and manage its operation.
Delivery
Unisearch is adopting a “collaborative approach” to design, construction and operation of the project using Digitisation and Information Management, throughout the project’s phases, as a vehicle to minimise waste and provide the best possible services to the Client at minimum cost and time.
