On behalf of the Client, Unisearch is leading and coordinating the work of the design team along with various specialist consultants to gain the approval for a full Planning Application.

Procurement

Unisearch is proposing to follow the IPD (Integrated Project Delivery) approach, as shown. The aim is to fully coordinate the design and construction process at the early stage to maximise sustainability (minimising waste) and quality with minimum cost and time.
